We will develop the working
drawings (floor plans, section drawings, etc.) and detailed
specifications (product selections).

process by shopping local vendors and suppliers for the best price,
and we check our progress with your budget.
Upon completion of the working
drawings and detailed specifications, we will know exactly what you
want and will be able to present a firm price for your design build
